“The access to the front door was walking from the road, that was uphill from the cabin, down a big boulder..no steps to get down to the cabin. it had a futon that looked 30 yrs worn, no padding in the cushion. the steps up to the beds were extremely steep and dangerous.. no back boards on the steps, like walking a steep ladder. we can do steps... but this was ridiculous. tried to request a different cabin, They were so low staffed, that only one person was assigned cleaning all the...
