“The staff was amazing and the facility was spacious and clean anywhere we went. There were great spaces to releax by the pool, enjoy breakfast, and sun. The staff was extremely helpful and offered to book a win tasting tour nearby which was such a pleasant experience. I would come back to stay if I were in the area.”

“Staff at the hotel were superb.. I read some of the comments about five star hotel in previous reviews while the hotel itself may not be a five-star the staff and the service is easily five-star… I laugh at some of the comments…. if you want little slippers and matching housecoat, look like a prince and princess, then go to Palace… the meals were suburban with the first class chef from Brazil… when I came to the restaurant bar you couldn’t want more for service and quality…. awesome place for...

“This hotel and the surroundings are something between Lord of the rings and Starwars, the scenery is faboulous. The room was comfortable and with a fantasic view. The staff was very helpful and friendly, as all portuguese btw. My dinner, á la carte was a hit, only problem I had to much to eat but will easily do it again. ”
