“The check-in staff was a bit unfriendly. They didn’t greet or smile, which was disappointing since I was eager to find a place to rest. I was given room 222, but when I arrived, the door was wide open, and there were no sheets on the bed. I went back downstairs and informed the clerk, who offered me room 133. I wasn’t too upset because I understand that things happen, but the clerk’s demeanor was unfriendly. He didn’t provide me with a booklet or write down my room number, so I had to verify...

“Inget hotell jag skulle rekommendera. Smutsiga lakan, smutsiga handdukar, fönster som läckte, gammalt o dåligt skick, massa insekter i rummet, minimal frukostbuffé, otrevlig personal, dålig AC, luktar illa i rummen, etc. Enda bra var väl att rummen var rätt stora och att priset var OK. Men skulle absolut inte bo där igen.”

“I was extremely pleased with the assistance from the front desk staff upon check-in. On a different note I reported an electrical problem with a floor lamp to the Cleaning staff while she was cleaning our room to prepare for the second day of our stay. This issue was not important to me, but I didn’t notice that it was not repaired during the second day of our stay. Overall, I was very pleased with our accommodations.”
