“The staff was rude. They got mad that I got 2 cups of coffee the first day. So the next day I brought a bigger cup and that was unacceptable as well. That was bad but even worse there was no hot water. Then I went to call the front desk and there was no phone in the room. So I called with my cell phone and they hung up on me. The place is not in a good spot either. The heavy duty gate to the parking lot was my clue.”

“Was initially a bit nervous to stay in a hotel of this style with my kiddo, however the property was clean, the gate worked and I felt safe. Rooms were clean, well stocked, shower water got hot with no problems. Plenty of parking and spaces are convenient, and I was able to park right in front of my window. Check in and check out were simple and easy. Other guests and residents were pleasant. Very affordable pricing by night and in the early check in and late checkout fees. I would recommend...

“I learned that this is a new built (a out 2 years ish) and it shows in the design and layout of this beautiful hotel. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly and my room was the perfect amount of space that I needed to be functional And beautiful at the same time. I stayed in a king junior suite. My only feedback regarding things that could be a bit better is perhaps a few more amenities in the kitchenette, such as a blender and a keurig machine versus the small coffee maker...

“Normally, my stay has been pleasant in the past, but this time the room was not as clean due to the carpet needing cleaning. The room and linen was not as fresh as I would have like for it to have been. The entrance and lobby was presentable.”
