There were 10 of my family, sisters, daughters, granddaughters and cousins for a girls weekend. We spent the wekend in comfort surrounded by an unbelievable ambiance. We had a fairly easy drive up from the Logan International Airport, getting to downtown Newburyport was a breeze, and the little Plum Island store & restaurants were wonderful. The area around Sunny Side was quiet & peaceful. We would book it again!”

This was a good fit for us moving our daughter into college from out of state with our dog. The house is definitely older and has character, it just needs a lot of TLC.
