âI really liked this place. Our room had a most beautiful view, lake view. Everything was walkable to us.
We were there for an event and had to check in early and we were allowed to check in early.
The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and save money
Also staff and management were very nice and helpful.
Definitely Recommending this place for staying downtown Toronto

âHonestly maybe the best hotel Iâve stayed at, and I have stayed at many luxury hotels. Fabulous staff who went so far above and beyond even for a new guest like me. Beautiful hotel and rooms. Restaurant was lovely. I canât wait to go back. â

âThe studio apartment is very small, like the kitchen row is less that 3 feet from the BED - BUT there was nothing wrong, it was clean, reasonabley quiet and suited our needs - I just should have picked a larger space. â
âWe got an apartment on the LP floor. Once we figured out how to open the blinds our jaws dropped like cartoon characters. The views are absolutely stunning. We were all speechless but loud. Neighborhood is super safe. Security is always there. Public transportation is not far. Would def stay again. Do not hesitate to book, it is absolutely worth it. â

âThe room was amazing. More supplies and ammenities than we ever would have expected. Communication with the team members was very good. They made sure that we were all set up and then made themselves available if we needed anything (which we did not, but it was comforting to know that they were available). The neighborhood had some people who were 'down on their luck', but the building had security and the entry door was very close access for the taxi, so we always felt secure.â

âNice hotel, would come back. Friendly and nice staff, big rooms. Good cleaning by cleaning staff. Wifi was very good. Location perfect.
The rooms are a bit worn and could need some TLC and modernization. There is a lot of notes, special document to sign at check-in about need to be quiet, visitors etc. to the point where it feels more as an obsession to have it everywhere than actually a problem seen to the guests that were at the hotel. Never seen it as this at any hotel in the all the hotels...

âWe did have a great experience staying in this property. Great view over the city. Parking included. Bed was really comfortable, amazing sofa! Great area.
Everything clean and comfortable!
Service was great as well, from the booking to reimburse of the deposit, all went well.
Recommended every one to have the experience.

âThe view at night was spectacular. The condo was clean and the kitchen had the amenities needed for a night out. Check in and check out was seamless. Pay for parking available underground. We would definitely come back again and again.â

âMycket bra centralt hotell nĂ€ra Union Station och runt hörnet frĂ„n St Lawrence Market. FrĂ€scha rymliga rum och bra gym och pool. Enda som var lite synd var att hotellets restaurang/bar stĂ€ngde innan utsatt tid sĂ„ vi ej kunde Ă€ta efter att ha kommit sent pga trafik.

"Good location, close to the shopping streets but still quiet. The cleaning on the 15th floor, where we stayed, was excellent and the staff was nice. Good that breakfast was included but the selection there was not that extensive; there were few healthy options and it was sometimes difficult to get a seat. We stayed at the hotel in early August when the weather was very hot. However, the AC in the room was very effective so the indoor climate was pleasant. We would happily recommend this hotel."
"Nice modern rooms, with all the conveniences that you need. Very nice gym, even if a bit small đ. Very nice breakfast buffet. Great location near the city center, subway and the ferries to the islands."
"The outside of the hotel and the surrounddings are a bit shabby so you don't get a good first impression. Other wise it is a standard hotel with nothing extra except the pool, which is nice!"

"VÄrt rum 1249 var renoverat och i gott skick. Hotellet ligger ett stenkast frÄn stora Eaton Center och tunnelbanan. Vi kommer gÀrna tillbaka till Chelsea!"
