“Wonderful week in this little place. The location is great, beach access and easy in and out to PCB, Port St Joe. Quiet in February. The townhome was fully equipped with everything we needed. The beds are cozy. Beach shop across the way and Forgotten Coast Brewery next door. Appreciate the hospitality.”

“This was a clean property with easy access to a great beach and spectacular sunsets. Communication with the owner was easy, as was check in and check out. There are available beach items like a wagon, chairs, boogie boards, etc. Although this is a pet-friendly property, be aware that Mexico Beach does not allow pets. Our well-trained dog, who loves the beach, was very disappointed.”

“Fantastic location with easy access to the beach. Safe neighborhood. Lovely property. Nicely decorated. Excellent outdoor space. You can even see a partial view from the front porch. Perfect for two people. One bed decent, the other hard, but that is a personal opinion. Better than average kitchen essentials( although I suggest you bring larger tongs for grilling) The oven was the only negative. Needs to be replaced due to the temperature control not being readable and the stovetop heating...

“Mexico Beach is truly one of our favorites. We love staying in beautiful homes on quiet beaches. This property had everything we needed inside and out. The beach access was a very short walk and the home was truly decked out with all the extras you could possibly ask for from a host. I was happy to find there were plenty of kitchen essentials including condiments, coffee pods, and storage bags already on hand; something you don’t always find. There was plenty of beach gear and beach towels...

“We had an amazing week! The place was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. We were walking distance to the beautiful beach. We all had our own big room, and our adult children were so excited to have their own bathrooms. The owner was extremely accommodating, and quick to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend this place!! ”
