Guest Access:

Due to the building’s security policies, we require online check-in on our website prior to arrival, along with valid ID for access.



Upon arriving at the building, you and your companions must register at the lobby with the front desk staff, who will then provide you with access.



You may leave your luggage in our storage room.



Check-in: 3:00 PM

Check-out: 11:00 AM



The building also offers common areas you’ll share with other guests, such as the lobby, gym, rooftop, and jacuzzi.



Rooftop: 06:00 am - 11:00 pm

Gym: 06:00 am - 10:00 pm



The Neighborhood:

Welcome to our apartments in Polanco, one of Mexico City’s most exclusive neighborhoods. Each unit is stylishly decorated with brass artwork and offers access to a rooftop with stunning views, a cozy lobby, and, in most apartments, a small balcony to soak in the city atmosphere.

The location is unbeatable: just steps away from Avenida Masaryk, Parque Líbano, and Parque Lincoln.



Other Things to Note:

- A valid ID is required to register upon arrival. If you arrive early, you may leave your bags at reception.

Remember, all guests are required to present their ID for access.

- Due to the prime location, urban noise may be present at times—earplugs are available upon request.

- Drug use and parties are strictly prohibited.

Please note this is a 100% smoke-free building. Smoking indoors will result in a penalty.

- Pets must not be left alone in the apartment and must be leashed in common areas. Any damage caused by pets will incur an additional fee.

- Extra cleaning services are available for an additional cost

- Security cameras are installed in common areas for guest safety.

- Carbon monoxide detectors are installed in the apartments.
