• Plaza Carso — Around 20–25 minutes on foot. A vibrant complex with shops, restaurants, entertainment, and the Soumaya Museum.
• El Palacio de Hierro (Polanco / Masaryk) — Just 5–10 minutes walking. One of Mexico City’s most upscale department stores, located on the famous Avenida Presidente Masaryk.
• Parque Lincoln — Approximately 5–8 minutes walking. A charming neighborhood park with fountains, pathways, and a relaxed atmosphere perfect for a morning stroll.

Getting Around:
The property is 18.3 km (11.7 miles) from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX).
We offer transportation for an extra fee if you're not driving, just contact us in advance to arrange it. You can use authorized taxis in the airport or hire private car services or rideshares like Uber and DiDi in the city. Always agree on the fare before starting the journey and carry local currency (Mexican Pesos) for payment.
The apartment has one parking spot available to you. The valet/doorman will take your car and park it.

- The gas alarms are very sensitive. Remember to close the stove and keep a window slightly open.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! You may use the terrace and a proper ashtray, but smoke outdoors only! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Smoking marijuana is also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a 500 USD fine.
- NO PARTIES, EVENTS, OR EXCESSIVE NOISE AFTER 8 PM. Please respect the neighbors.
- Please do not attempt to open the owner’s closet. It is to remain locked for the duration of your stay.
- We offer a starter kit with coffee, tea bags, sugar, toilet paper and more. Please note that these are not replenished when they run out.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- To ensure availability, please request baby amenities at least 48 hours before your arrival.
- Moving the furniture is prohibited. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional fee.
