This two bedroom apartment is located in the center of Mexico City's culinary and artistic neighborhood, Condesa. Perfect for cycling, it is the home for an increasing number of international professionals relocating to Mexico.



The Space:

This beautiful two bedroom apartment is located in an entirely renovated building with fresh atmosphere, having amazing facilities such as Smart TV at the living space, king and queen beds, coffee maker, bathrooms with towels provided, a fully equipped kitchen, unique decoration, balcony and cozy spaces.



Please note this apartment is part of a complex with multi-units. The apartment you stay in may differ slightly from the pictures you see but will have a similar layout and the same amenities.

The Neighborhood:

The neighbors tend to run, take their pets for a walk, sit down to have an ice cream, watch the sunsets or read the newspaper. The park was the entrance of the disappeared Hippodrome of the Countess, since the Hacienda de la Condesa was located there, a prosperous property of the Countess of Miravalle where herds were raised and corn and magueyes were planted.

The property is good. However, the management didn’t check that the lock had batteries, and we staid more than one hour outside the property waiting for a technician to replace the AA batteries. I checked out on February 6,And more than 10 days later they told me that they found a duvet stained and charged me for that. They’re supposed to check the property immediately after checking out and not almost two weeks later.

Great location and very pretty apartment

The apartment was clean and pretty and very conveniently located minutes from the beautiful hippodrome area. The bed was also amazingly comfortable. Communication with the Juan, the person managing it, was easy. There is some street noise at night but I imagine that’s pretty common in Mexico City

Terrible Experience

Good morning, The apartment we stayed at was unacceptable. The heat was too much, unbearable even. I asked to be moved and that wasn’t possible. I asked for an extra fan, and that wasn’t possible. Since the moment we arrived, we were waiting for over an hour to get the codes to go in. We arrived around 10:00 pm, it was raining and we had to wait. The apartment was not clean up to our standards, and nothing was done about it either, even after I expressed it to you. The least you can do is provide a full refund for such a terrible experience. Great location Nice Complex

Great location, easy access with good communication with owner. The floors were a bit dirty. There is no AC only fans, be mindful of this if you don’t like the heat. The space is large enough for two guests.

Beautiful new building

Apartment was very good. Manager was wonderful. We had some confusion upon check-in but it was resolved. The space is large, bed comfortable, kitchen convenient, and a ping pong table. Some minor inconveniences were noise from busy street, dirt coming in making floors dirty, no air conditioning (but a good breeze helped). It was very convenient to food, parks, and transportation. One bathroom was very tiny.
