“The location was excellent, close to beach, restaurants and stores! The cottage is great for one person.The closet was too small. No place for luggage, the bed sheets felt like burlap no thread count. The mattress was hard, felt like we were sleeping on box spring. Shower was great, water pressure was amazing! Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Had gas stove which was easy to operate and cook on. The back porch was decorated with table and chairs for eating out or sitting area...

“I could go on all day about how great this place is, but I’ll keep it short and sweet. The location is the best. Front porch opens up to Simonton St, right across from The Tipsy Rooster. Bonus: they always have a live acoustic set which we LOVED enjoying from our space. It sits next to Ana’s cafe which offers amazing coffee, Cuban’s and groceries. Blocks from the beach and southernmost point. Everything was walking distance or a short bike ride to downtown Duval! The room itself had everything...

“For adults in my six year old daughter stayed here. We had an excellent time. The host was very knowledgeable about the surroundings, and recommended many restaurants for us to try during our stay. The cottage is very quaint, clean, and efficient. It was very clean, and we loved sitting on the porch in the morning. The hot tub is huge and we were able to enjoy it each night. “Boho chic...Inviting... Beach as promised just a hop skip and a jump from your front door. Which by the way you literally parked right in front of. The walking and town experience was so much fun. Cpt. Al and staff were a joy. They only super minor issue I had was was checking in but with the help of house keeping we were in the blue corner cottage and on the beach within minutes. Best burger I have ever had was at the palms,see Shianne and great pizza and mussels at The Salty Crab..Ask for...
