“The apartment is really lovely with a spacious balcony where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun! I spent most of my days by the rooftop pool, a relaxing area where you have a view of the ocean in every direction. The apartment is located just across the street from one of the public beaches (Playa Tortugas) as well as the ferry to Isla Mujeres - a beautiful island with really nice beaches too if you’d rather get some sand between your toes. “Nice accommodation to stay in Playa Del Carmen. Very easy to communicate with the staff, who were very quick to respond via Whatsapp. Only thing to note is that the pool is in a different building (only 4 blocks away), which I wasn't aware of when booking. Additionally, the rooms lack external windows, resulting in no natural sunlight. It wasn't an issue for me. I would recommend this if you're looking for accommodation in Playa del Carmen that offers value for money. ”

“Very beautiful condo, had everything you needed for a great stay, located on quiet street 1 block from the end of 5th ave with tons of amazing food options right outside your door. Roof top pool was beautiful with nice loungers up top. Had hot water! Communication was great with hosts. Would definitely stay here again. They offered complimentary cleaning service once during the stay but we didn’t feel the need to use! ”

“My family of three stayed here for 4 days. The location was great for us. It was walking distance from everything we wanted to do in Playa Del Carmen without being too close to the noisy bars. Everything was clean and as described. The check-in process was easy and quick, as was the check-out process. Having a garage to park our rental car was awesome. We spent the majority of the days out and about, but the condo was a great place to end our days. 10/10 would recommend.”

Stay somewhere else

"Real bad price value ratio. Staff unfriendly, especially management. Service really bad for a high star hotel. Beds unmade when we arrived in the middle of the night, took 30 mins to get someone to do them. To few elevators to cater for all guest with horrible waiting times as result. Everything at hotel is at rip off prices, like a bag of Cheetos for 14 dollar in the hotel mini market"

"The hotelrooms are really old. We had so many issues with our room so they got a new one. First night the AC was so cold and could not change the temperature (talking about a temperature around 15 c). Next day the toilet was flooded with water coming from the ceiling. Third day at the new room the AC was not working at all. Food was generally good, breakfast one of the best I ever had. The French restaurant and the lobster house were both excellent. Avoid Flavour market (Spanish), worst paella and undercooked potata bravas and squid. Overall the total impression was not good."
