“Great property, right on the ocean but no beach access unless ya want to climb some rocks down. Awesome views, restaurants close by. Wifi worked for the phones but couldnt get any tv to work with, had to tether my cell to the roku, otherwise I would def go back, rooms are very big and the decoration is great. Full kitchen too. ”

“Absolutely loved this place. Perfect Location, beautifully furnished, wonderful cookware, and comfy, cozy, and spacious. The owners' communication was excellent. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The only consideration is that the two main bedrooms' beds were pretty far off the ground; there is a stepstool in the kitchen and a bench in the large master bedroom, but I am a bit older (84) and only 5'l"”

“We loved our stay here. I've been to PV before and stayed in a newer condo, but this time I wanted something more authentic. And this house delivered. From the decor, to the pool and grounds, and feel, it was exactly what I was looking for. The only down side was not finding a cocktail shaker for margs, but we made do. “We had an absolutely amazing time staying at Villa Kanga. The house was large enough to comfortably accommodate our three families and a couple extra graduates. We really enjoyed the pool and the location of the house as it was only a short walk to the downtown marina area. They were very quick to respond if there was anything that we needed addressed. Everyone had an amazing time!! We would definitely stay here again.”

“Amazing property but what really made the trip extra special was the amazing concierge service Geraldine provided for our group. Absolutely spectacular. Breakfast every morning with Chef Victor and Eduardo was outrageously amazing. Being Mexico born and raised myself I often miss those home cooked meals my grandmother made and they really hit the mark on those morning nostalgic flavors making the entire experience for our group extra special. Thank you!!”

“This house was the closest to perfect that I ever stayed in. It was walking distance from the grocery store and liquor store. Rooms and amenities was nice. ”

“The house was beautiful. Our six couples loved having our own rooms with bathrooms. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor area was relaxing with great views of Cabo. Ceasar and his team were amazing!!! They took care of everything we needed during our stay. The private chef dinner, massages, and jet skis were fantastic!!! Having a car available was a huge bonus.”

“House is great . Pool is fantastic. Please be aware some part of neighborhood is still under construction.Great host. Paulina was very responsive and quickly helped with any issues that occurred. Definitely recommended . It would be nice to have umbrella on rooftop or backyard so you can actually use it after suns high”
