Only consideration is bedrooms are tight and wouldn’t be good for those with mobility issues. Only suggestion to the hosts would be extra hand/dish soap (we used both sparingly since they weee nearly out and didn’t find others in the cupboards). Otherwise appreciated the hosts responsiveness. Abram and a 10 min drive to Bethel/Sunday River, the house is conveniently located. My only suggestion would be to bring awd vehicles if going in the winter as the road and the driveway are tough in the snow without awd. Other than that our trip was perfect and the communication from the owners superb. We would definitely rent here again! W”
