“Property exceeded our expectations in every facet. We had a group of 14 friends and family members stay for a week and no one wanted to leave. Chef Beto is an outstanding chef and every meal was incredible. Danny was also amazing keeping the fun going and margaritas flowing. House manager Patricia was also a blessing in coordinating cars and a day trip to Yelapa. Cannot express enough how amazing the property and staff were. Villa is close to small village so you can get snacks and drinks. Had two ladies come to the villa for massages. Love the area.”

“Amazing stay at Casa las Montañas. The house is adorable. Very comfortable and private. Great for two couples or a family visiting. Mary, the housekeeper is lovely. Usually there in the mornings. She’s able to make breakfasts and dinners if you arrange in advance. She also made us some delicious frozen margaritas. The house is a bit of a walk into PV. Doable, but definitely not super close. Much easier on the downhill. We alternated between walking and Ubers/taxis without any problem. The house...

“The staff was incredible! Loved the location! My group had a great time, only thing I would say is they need to update the info they send beforehand with things to know such as where ATM is, WiFi password, etc. but these were very small things. Otherwise, incredible! ”

“We loved our first trip to Punta Mita! The villa was gorgeous and perfect for our family. The breakfast made by Rosa was delicious and the guacamole and margaritas when we got there was a special treat. While the location was not on the beach, we could walk to Sufi beach club and had a great dinner there. The golf cart also made it easy to get to our favorite beach clubs at Pacifico and Kupuri. We will definitely be back!”

The property and the community that it’s in our exactly what a Mexico vacation should look like. The beds were comfortable and the house fully equipped with everything we needed.
