“The apartment has a lot of potential. Some things were good, some not. Good things, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, washing machine and lines to dry. Secure building with an elevator. Bad - No communication from the host. Messaged her twice for arrival info. We arrived in Ravenna by train. Still nothing from host, had to call VRBO, they couldn't reach her either. Finally got a call saying someone will meet us at the apartment. While there the 1st night the power in apartment went out. I...

“Beautiful apartment in the heart of the historic area of Ravenna— new, clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The photos do not do it justice. Valentina thought of everything, including maps, suggestions for restaurants and activities, and had cold and filtered water and treats waiting for us upon arrival. The host was also extremely helpful and communicative during our entire stay. Do not hesitate to book!”

“Our host Luca was the best. We communicated a lot before we arrived. He met us at the apartment and helped us with our luggage. We are 4 females traveling so that was great. The apartment has an elevator so no carrying luggage up stairs. The apartment was clean and well stocked. He told us about restaurants and places to go. He also helped us book a car to our cruise port. Ravenna is a very charming place. We loved our stay there. Luca is the best host we had in Italy.”

“The apartment has only ONE BEDROOM - not two as listed. Also, it has NO air conditioning and NO dryer. It seemed clean on the surface, but there was dirt and dust in corners, under the bed etc. From the very beginning, the host was not responsive and did not provide information about check in, for instance how to get the key to the apartment and we had to wait for hours after arrival for this information.
