Our home is spacious, and renovated with an elegant approach that fuses modern upgrades with some of the home's timeless character. Vaulted ceilings create a an open ambiance throughout the living area while the restored terrazzo floors maintain the "Old Florida" feeling throughout the home.

The front door opens to the large living area consisting of the living room and dining room. The living room features a comfortable sofa area and smart TV, as well as games and books. The dining room offers seating for 6 with views of the backyard.

The kitchen features the full suite of stainless steel appliances, and all the small appliances you will need during your stay, including glass kettle, drip coffee maker, and toaster. The cabinets are stocked with complete sets of cooking supplies, serving sets, dinnerware, and basic condiments and cooking ingredients.

The backyard is the gem of the home. Step out into a covered patio with a grill, dining table for 6, and sofa seating area. Out in the backyard, you're surrounded completely by natural privacy hedges allowing you to enjoy the peaceful backyard in solitude. We are in the process of constructing a pool, hot tub, and outdoor kitchen, with an estimated completion time of April 2023.

The master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, built in closet, and its own en-suite bathroom featuring a walk in shower.

The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, and a dedicated working station. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The guest bathroom features a wide tub, and extra wide vanity.

Samsung washer/dryer are available, and detergent is provided. The driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars.
