Have a couple of extra tagalongs? The extremely comfortable pull-up sofa bed has fresh linens and pillows ready for your stay in its storage chaise. Two-second set-up, two-second pack-up. If you still need a little more space, we do have an air mattress available upon request.

House rules: this is a strict no-smoking, no-weed, no-party property. If these rules are broken, guests will be subject to fees of $500 or more. Having drinks and enjoying the night with your group is no worries, just please be mindful of the neighbors. If you need to smoke, you can safely do so outside the building entrance.

If flying into Miami International, you can take the Miami Metro system directly to the First Street Metro Mover station at the entrance of the building, all for just $2.25!

The building garage is unfortunately closed for repairs, so there is no free parking available.

However, you can reserve a spot at the nearby College Station Garage for $20 a day on the Miami Parking Authority website, you just have to book at least 3 days in advance.

This covers in and out parking, very good idea to purchase ahead of time if you plan on bringing a car!
