The Space:

Located on the 23rd floor of a residential tower, this apartment offers city skyline views, practical amenities, and access to shared building spaces. It’s designed for up to four guests and works well for business trips, city visits, or longer stays.



Inside, the living area includes seating, a Smart TV, and a queen sofa bed for additional sleeping space. The private balcony offers open skyline views and an outdoor place to unwind.



The kitchen includes cookware, dishes, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and dining space for meals or remote work. Reliable WiFi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected.



The bathroom includes a sink, toilet, shower, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and basic toiletries. A washer and dryer are also available inside the apartment.

Guests also have access to the building’s shared gym, swimming pool, barbecue area, and outdoor movie theater.

The area also offers a wide range of shopping and dining options, from laid back cafés to upscale restaurants. Surrounded by striking modern architecture and a lively urban scene, it’s a great fit for guests who want to experience the city from a central location.



Getting Around:

- Nearest Airport: MIA (Miami International Airport) – 8 miles (about 15 minutes by car)

- There is no dedicated parking at the property, but valet parking is available for a fee.

- Public transportation is easily accessible within a short walk. Guests can take the nearby bus or metro to explore further areas.



Other Things to Note:

Packages are delivered to the parcel area on the 3rd floor. Once a package arrives, we will receive a notification and provide you with the access code to retrieve it. Please let us know as soon as you receive the delivery notification so we can share the code with you.



- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.

- Self check-in is completed using a secure door code provided before arrival.

- Pets are allowed, with a fee of $100 USD (it has to be covered before arrival).

- Valet parking is available 24/7 through a third-party provider for an additional fee and must be paid directly to the valet company.

- Parking rates are set by the valet operator and may change without prior notice.

- Shared building amenities, including the pool and fitness center, may have operating hours and rules set by the building management.

- Guests are expected to follow all building policies and community guidelines during their stay.

- Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning required after checkout.

- Pack ’n play is available upon request for an additional fee and subject to availability.

- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty and an additional cleaning fee.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such are needed after their stay.

- A trashed apartment fee will be applied for deep cleaning if the property is left in poor condition.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- Guests will find a fob inside the apartment, which is required to access the amenities and use the elevator. If the fob is lost, a replacement fee of USD 100 will apply.
