Modern and luxurious studio located in the heart of Brickell. The unit has a modern and contemporary design and it is fully equipped for guests to enjoy their stay; it has a coffee station stocked with coffee , tea and sugar provided for guests to enjoy; full size refrigerator with ice maker, modern bathroom
With massage shower, desk space for business travelers, comfortable and spacious outdoor sitting area with sea and city views and two double beds plus two trundle twin beds for large groups.
The studio offers a fully stocked kitchen with microwave/oven, full size refrigerator with ice maker, toaster and everyone’s favorite magic bullet. The condominium is steps from multiple restaurants, bars and shops and has amazing amenities such as two pools, jacuzzi, steam rooms, game room, fully equipped gym, kids' room, conference room and a spacious and luxurious social room for rent in the event of events or large gatherings. This was a terrible experience my family and I booked this place a month in advance and drove 13 hours to be notified a few hours before arriving that they had cancelled our reservation with no reason why! Would not recommend booking this place as this is a terrible way to do business. I will not be using this host in the future.

We stayed for 1 night only before leaving for the cruise and we were 6 people. The host was great and very efficient and good communication and instructions. Love the fact that there is no need to do anything when checking out. The home was almost what we expected and clean and a good building. There was just a slow flush refill but was not very bad. The home had a good location and in a good building. The host was accommodating of slightly late checkout. It was a bit hard to sleep 6 people but in general good enough and again as expected. Very good with respect to the lower price compared to the other places

Host was very responsive however the air conditioning didn't work. Host suggested we reset the breaker. That worked for a short time and the temperature dropped to 73 but then it stopped cooling and only the fan would run. We did that several times with the same result. We had 6 people sleeping in the room so the temperature for most of the night was 77 which was very uncomfortable.

Host was nice and responsive. Place is a gently used condo, one room with a couple pull out beds. The amenities are really nice, 2 pools and a hot tub, and the location is great.Easy check-in & check-out

It’s a nice apartment and we liked its location. It has a nice view from the balcony. We used the free parking provided with the rental which unfortunately is many floors up in the garage. The ramps from one floor to another are very tight and It takes ten minutes to go up and park the car and the same to leave!! So be patient. On another note, it would have been nice to provide some coffee bags.

Excellent place nice pool and very secure

We stayed one night prior to our cruise and pool and amenities were top notch. I would definitely stay again. Nice pool also and hot tub. Kids also loved it.

Great place

Place was really good. Main room had a total of 4 beds, bathroom and kitchen was nice. The only negatives I would have is parking on the top floors is time consuming, and there was no washer and dryer in unit as advertised. Other than that, we had a blast and really enjoyed our stay.

The host was super accommodating, and the apartment is truly top of the line. The building shows some aging, but great amenities - cleaning staff is tirelessly working on to keep it clean.

Great location!

We came just for the weekend and didn't want to spend a lot among 3 people. The pricing was great for the location! During Covid, it was great to walk in a smell and see the cleanliness. We had a great view and easy access to everything. We had a small issue (college educated women not knowing how to operate the fancy shower head.lol), the owner was quick to answer and help us. Very friendly. Would definitely recommend and come back here!

I rented this apartment for a friend’s bachelor party weekend. From the moment I contacted the host, she was very nice and informative. Studio was perfect for the 5 of us.
