THE SPACE

The residence is designed for up to four guests with a private king bedroom, refined living area, dining/work space, full kitchen, walk-in closet, bathroom with walk-in shower, private balcony and in-unit washer/dryer. The interiors are modern, clean, and elevated, with the comfort of a private residence and the feel of a luxury hospitality stay.



BUILDING AMENITIES

Guests may enjoy shared building amenities according to building rules, posted hours, access controls and management availability. Expected amenities include the pool, fitness center/gym, lobby lounge and shared dining/lounge areas. Free WiFi is available throughout the building.



LOCATION

Set near NW 27th Street in Wynwood, the residence places guests close to murals, galleries, restaurants, coffee shops, cocktail bars, nightlife and the Design District. Downtown Miami, Brickell, Miami International Airport and Miami Beach are reachable by rideshare depending on traffic.



IMPORTANT NOTES

Lobby/front desk registration is required before unit access. No parties, no smoking, and no unregistered overnight guests. Guests must follow building rules and contact STR Concierge for unit-level support. Amenity access may vary based on building rules, maintenance, hours and management controls.



ADDITIONAL FOB / BUILDING ACCESS

Building access is by electronic key FOB, and all guests must register at the front desk with a valid government-issued photo ID. One FOB is included per unit. If you need an additional FOB for another guest, that guest must be added to the reservation, register with valid ID, and sign a short Additional Guest registration & FOB agreement; a one-time US$20 fee applies (paid securely by credit card). All guests must comply with building and Condominium Association/HOA rules. Any FOB not returned at check-out is US$70 each and is deducted from the security deposit. These steps are required by the building for legal and security reasons.



PLEASE NOTE (booking requirements): Building registration at the front desk, rental agreement signature and a $300 refundable security deposit hold are required for all stays. Details in House Rules.
