Important Notice: Roof Replacement Project

We would like to inform you that our building will undergo a roof replacement project starting February 24, 2025, with work expected to continue for approximately 90 to 120 days. Construction will take place Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Parking & Access:
During this time, the front entrance to the parking garage will be temporarily closed. Guests who choose to self-park will receive a parking card for access via the rear entrance of the garage. Valet parking will remain available at the front of the building at all times.

Amenities:
All hotel amenities—including the pool, gym, and more—will remain open and accessible throughout the project.

Noise Advisory:
We anticipate minimal to no noise disruption, and thus far, no guests have reported noise-related concerns. However, some phases of the project may involve louder activity on certain days, and we appreciate your understanding in advance.

Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind in the unit or in the hotel. You will be charged a fee of $500 if the smoke smell is discovered.

Absolutely NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS in the unit. What constitutes to a party is anything over the amount of guest you booked in your reservation.

To ensure a secure and seamless guest experience, we require all guests to provide a valid ID and sign our rental agreement before receiving check-in information, such as the door lock code or key pick-up instructions. This policy helps us maintain the safety and security of our property.
