This beautifully appointed 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom suite on the 5th floor offers approximately 600 square feet of refined comfort, breathtaking views, and world-class resort amenities all at your doorstep.



THE SUITE

The bedroom features two comfortable Queen beds facing a large flat-screen Roku Smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The room is tastefully furnished with warm accents, elegant lighting, and a cozy seating area. Step out onto your private balcony and take in stunning views of the Intracoastal Waterway, the bay, and the vibrant Sunny Isles skyline. It is a picture-perfect setting for morning coffee or a sunset cocktail.



KITCHENETTE

The unit features a fully functional kitchenette equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, sink, and a Keurig pod coffee maker. While there are no full cooking facilities such as a stovetop or oven, the kitchenette is perfectly set up for light meals, snacks, beverages, and breakfast. Laundry detergent and fabric softener are provided. Extra towels and linens are stored in the kitchenette cupboards.



BATHROOM

The bathroom is beautifully appointed with both a deep soaking bathtub and a separate glass-enclosed shower, finished with elegant marble-style tilework. A granite vanity, hotel-quality towels, and a full set of toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, and soap are all provided.

The building offers parking within the resort for guests, making it easy to have a car on hand for day trips. Collins Avenue runs directly in front of the building and connects guests north toward Aventura and Fort Lauderdale or south toward Miami Beach.

RIDESHARE

Rideshare services including Uber and Lyft are widely available and reliable throughout Sunny Isles Beach and the surrounding Miami metro area. For shorter trips to nearby restaurants, Bal Harbour Shops, or Aventura Mall, rideshare is a convenient and affordable option that eliminates the need to find parking.

PUBLIC TRANSIT

Miami-Dade Transit operates bus routes along Collins Avenue connecting Sunny Isles Beach to Miami Beach and other parts of the metro area. While public transit is available, the schedule and coverage may not suit all guests, so rideshare or a rental car is generally the more flexible choice.
