“We checked in to the hotel and met with a very nice lady Ms. Guilda who helped us checked in with a very beautiful smile and attitude. Will definitely go back stay there. ”

The location is a bit too far away from the central parts of Miami. It take 40 min by Uber to downtown Miami. It’s a nice neighbourhood and easy to walk along the beach.

Most things worked well, but a few issues didn't:
It took a very long time to get our luggage after we arrived. We had to call and remind them.
Also, the reception didn't always answer the phone when calling from the room.
But in general everything was ok and as expected.”

Asked when I checked in if there was any upgrade or possible to change to room closer but they couldn’t so that, she didn’t even looked in her computer when we got a no for answer. ”
