Confusion on our unit.. not what I expected

Unit was huge. Furniture mismatched. Master bathroom was not nice! Very cold and empty feeling. Bedrooms are a mess! Closets everything just thrown in. Not sure if things are dirty or clean.. besides that brooms mixed in with bedding. Jyst not at all what we would expect!
