“Small, uncluttered and yet very warm and welcoming. Everything was clean and well maintained. The shower is the main thing mentioned in the guest book - and there’s a very good reason for that! Bed was a nice mixture of soft but firm. Overall, quite lovely stay. Host was very quick to respond and helpful with area knowledge.”

“We only stayed for 1 night but the house was great. We didnt spend a lot of time at the house, but it was very clean, the deck was nice and the beds were very comfortable. We would for sure stay again and would definitely recommend to others.”

“No complaints”

“We had a wonderful experience staying at this home in Joplin. The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked.The location was perfect—quiet, safe, and convenient to shopping, restaurants, and local attractions. The host was friendly and responsive, making the entire process easy from check-in to check-out.We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly...

“The property was in a good location for the events we were attending, restaurants and shopping while visiting. The home was very clean and comfortably decorated. The outside porch was equipped with a patio table and chairs and the neighborhood was quiet. However, it would be great if the main bedroom had drapes on the windows in addition to the blinds because the early morning sun made the room very bright before 6:00 a.m. Also, the bathtub is very slippery when wet and a bath mat in the tub...

“Nice property.”

“I did want to let the land lord know the grill didn't work, caught fire. But we didn't know if it actually came with the house. We were fine with out it. Other than that. It was the most Enchanted home so many items to make fine pics from . The view was breath taking. I will definitely stay again. I hope the will have me back. I was not feeling well. I'm counting on my kids to have done a nice job. Yes they are grown. Well worth every penny we paid !! The owners take pride in their property...

“House is clean, the feature I liked the best is the two bathrooms separately outside of the bedrooms so the bedrooms are bigger. Plenty of parking spaces on the side and back of the house. Very quiet neighborhood, not too many vehicles on the street”

“Fantastic stay, great location, great amenities and one of the most unique properties I have stayed at. Highly recommend! ”
