  • Alegria är en charmig strandstuga i Sheridan Beach. Denna bedårande 4 sovrum + loft, 3 badrum är perfekt för din semester! Denna lilla pärla ligger bara två kvarter från den bästa stranden vid Lake Michigan och erbjuder så mycket! Öppna dörren till det bekväma vardagsrummet genomtänkt i solljus och välkomnar dig när du går genom dörren! Det stora sovrummet ligger på bottenvåningen med badrum. Den andra berättelsen har ett badrum, ett stort, ljust loft (med TV / DVD) som rymmer fem - bra för barnen! Utanför loftet finns ytterligare ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och franska dörrar till ett privat däck. Det uppdaterade köket är helt utrustat med en rymlig matplats och sittplatser för hela gänget. Källaren har ett separat vardagsrum, två sovrum (tillsammans sover 6 lätt) och ett badrum med dusch. Men det som verkligen är mest unikt för Alegria är det utomhusutrymmet där du är helt omgiven av träden och vandringsleder som ger avskildhet och lugn. Du kommer att älska det så mycket att du vill förbereda dina måltider på gasgrillen utanför på däck och äta under den stjärnfyllda himlen. House was exactly as described in the listing. Very nice and plenty of space for our family. One of the best things was the fully stocked kitchen which we haven’t had in many of the houses we have rented.

We would most definitely stay here again! Quick walk to the beach with beach accessories available, stocked kitchen with utensils for cooking and grilling, and great location that’s quiet but not too far from restaurants & other fun things!

We love well supplied the house is and how close it is to the beach! The beds are comfortable. There is enough table space for everyone to eat at the same time which is not typical.

College friends get-a-way

Great house for our group to spend the weekend catching up and relaxing! Really enjoyed the extra bonus of watching three deer in the back yard every morning during breakfast after we enjoying the quick stroll down to the beach.

Perfect getaway near the beach

This house was perfect for our family of 13.House was very spacious and clean.We enjoyed our afternoon short walk to the beach,and enjoyed the beautiful sunset and views.We enjoyed the parks and the zoo near by as well.The deck was nice too and loved seeing the wild tukeys in the morning near the hill behind the house.Overall this house was perfect and relaxing for our weekend getaway!Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.We will definitely be back!

Sweet & short weekend stay

Our families second visit to the area and we brought friends along with us this time! Perfect location for us- short trip to the amazing zoo, walked on the pier and the kids loved the beach (even though it was kinda cold& windy), and had an amazing lunch at Dunebillies. The back deck was great and we saw deer on the hill behind us every morning and evening.

Vintage Lake House Michigan City

Great space that easily accommodated our family of 16. Nice backyard deck in quiet wooded setting. Our kids loved exploring the woods behind the house. Nicely decorated space and well equipped kitchen. Walk to beach was manageable with small kids and wagons. Great memories created!

It was fun

Beach was great especially with waves. Botanical gardens were fantastic. Zoo was close Visit to Oinks is a must. Good location. Kids loved hill and bench behind the house. We had 8 adults and 9 children. For our 1 yr old a pack n play and a high chair. Lots of dishwashing detergent, garbage bags, and laundry pods. It was much appreciated

Nice place that we would like to come back again.

Plenty of room for the 3 generations to gather for meals yet separate for different activities. Enjoyed the front and back patios. Close walk to the beach. Had a problem with a leak in the basement but it was fixed with a new water heater.

Walk to the beach on Lake Michigan

Home was clean and had everything you need for your stay. Well stocked kitchen, gas grill. Private back deck. Walk to the beach on Lake Michigan and had beach chairs that can be used. The only downfall is there really is no yard for the kids to play in. We spent a lot of time at the beach and had a wonderful family vacation.

Family Vacation

The house worked perfectly for our 4 families. The kitchen was exceedingly well supplied. The proximity to the beach was great. We loved the deck and backyard especially the treehouse! The yard could use a little work there is a large limb hanging from a tree that should come down and the deck flowers and beach chairs had been neglected but we cleaned it up and enjoyed all of it. We’ve been staying in the area for 3 years now and we all felt this house served us the best. Thank you Todd!!

Location, location, location

This house was close to perfect for us - three families with kids sharing a getaway. We walked to the beach, to the zoo, and to the lighthouse. A short drive to the dunes and outlet mall. Great living and dining space. The big table doubled for evening games. The kitchen worked well - we fixed all our meals at the house. Great to have a dishwasher. The first and second floor sleeping spaces are wonderful. The basement ... is still a basement, and the bedrooms down there are certainly functional, but not as inviting as the others. Very helpful to have three bathrooms! We were very satisfied!

Good time at the Beach House

We are a family of 7 (including grandma and grandpa) from the Indy area. We think of Allegra as a very good choice as a beach house. There is plenty of space and beds, although we did not use the basement rooms much for lack of good ventilation (AC/openable windows). Having 3 bathrooms was very convenient and also plenty of bath towels (no beach towels are provided though). At the entrance, a very sensitive smoke detector (close to the chimney) activated every time I tried to fry something.Perfect location, easy access to the large beach. The provided kids' wagon and the beach chairs were a nice plus. The kitchen was well furnished, but a pantry/storage space would have been appreciated. We spotted deer in the backyard almost every day.Communication via app was a bit slow, but the manager stopped by to replace the garbage bin, tablecloth, and deck chairs.Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.
