“The kitchen was well appointed. The beds were comfortable. The outdoor screened porch was lovely for relaxing. Two refrigerators are key for a beach house! The proximity to the beach and the pool was very convenient. Communication with owner were prompt and helpful. ”

“The driveway still had the frame up with boards and nails. I got a screw in my rental tire and have yet to hear from the property manager. The inside was cute and cozy. The neighborhood was questionable. Neighbor to the right was cooking in his front yard in a barrell. Did not stay and left shortly after arriving.”

“Beach was great especially with waves. Botanical gardens were fantastic. Zoo was close Visit to Oinks is a must. Good location. Kids loved hill and bench behind the house. We had 8 adults and 9 children. For our 1 yr old a pack n play and a high chair. Lots of dishwashing detergent, garbage bags, and laundry pods. It was much appreciated”

“Our whole family (5 people + dog) loved the Beachwalk community! The proximity to Lake Michigan beach was great. It was nice to have a golf cart to bring stuff to and from the beach and clubhouse area. Our kids loved the beach hut, games at the clubhouse, the pool and splash pad, the beach area at Lake Kai, the playground, the fishing piers, etc. The Aquamarine Dream house was in a great location! “Our second stay at the cottage and we loved it again. Location is amazing. Short walk to the beach (I'd recommend the more public path a block down, as it is an easier walk.) We had 3 cars and no parking issues at all. House was great! 4 bedrooms so everyone had their space. Good-sized kitchen for preparing meals and it has all the pans you'd need. Dining room table easily seats six or you can sit out on the patio. Washington Park is also a short walk and you are close to the outlets and...
