“Nos alojamos en el Palacio de los Duques Gran Meliá y fue una experiencia muy agradable.
La atmósfera del hotel es acogedora y elegante, con una hermosa combinación de encanto histórico y confort moderno. El personal fue muy amable y servicial desde el primer momento, y nos hizo sentir bienvenidos durante toda la estancia.
Tuvimos un problema con la habitación y, al mencionarlo al personal, actuaron de manera rápida y profesional. Nos ofrecieron cambiar de habitación sin ningún inconveniente....
“Loved the area and the studio apartment we rented. It faced a lively street but the doors were very sound proof so we weren’t bothered at all. We especially appreciated the beach umbrella we could use for free and the refrigerator with a small freeze compartment in the studio. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were really hard and high so woke up with a stiff neck every morning. The only thing we missed was a body length mirror.
Would love to come back. ”

This room was definitely a whole apartment, i absolutely loved it, you could go to the market and make breakfast, they provided the utensils, pots, pans, cups, plates, dis washing liquid. Etc.
They do clean the room every 4 days but that was fine with me, they will give you whatever extra you may need (towels, toilet paper etc), there is no body mirror but that was not a deal breaker for me, main lobby...
