“The view of the lake was great. Relaxing, laid -back setting. They have a nice blacktop trail around the lake, bring your fishing pole and artificial bait no live bait. I was told sometimes the park rangers come down and fish with the kids.The rooms are dated but nice and clean. It would have been nice if there was a microwave and a mini fridge. They offered s'mores by the campfire which was a big hit with the kids. The Restaurant had good service and food. We spent 2 days there on our way to...

“Beautiful, well cared for grounds, including a lovely little chapel.
My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
The restaurant on the property is very convenient, the food is good, and the staff are very nice and welcoming.
I will definitely stay again on my next visit to this area.”

“Disappointed restaurant wasn’t open. We were given handicap room which we had not requested and although property didn’t seem full we could not change. Room was ground floor which we didn’t request either and right by entrance door to room so noisy when people opened. AC worked well, however it was very loud like a freight train coming through. Pillow were rock hard - Terrible to use. Not a hotel I would recommend or go to again.”
