“Clean room comfortable beds. Staff was friendly and helpful.”

“Bteakfast was excellent for a motel!”

“Very clean property, we were very happy with our stay.”

“Yes”

“Easy place to stay, good selection for breakfast, clean, nice staff!”

“Fire alarm went off around midnight and as people were exiting building the staff person sat behind desk. You had a hard time even seeing him back there. Never came outside the whole time fire dept was there. We had no guidance on what was happening or even where to stand or go. Ladder truck went up to roof so we know there must have been a reason. Everyone was wondering after trucks left where staff was. No staff in lobby at all. Again no guidance at all that it was ok to come back in. We did...

“I had a wonderful time and Carol was super sweet! I will be booking here again when I come back into town!”

“Bad cleaning, there were no towels, honor, cigarette, dog smell, etc.”

“Checkin was a mess. I was told to take a smaller room than what i had paid for, i insisted and was then given key to a room that was already occupied (with bags and clothes everywhere) Some 20 min later i got access to an unoccupied room. Attitude of reception staff nonchalant. Later during the stay i again found reception staff members non-cooperative. The hotel is old and feels dingy. Room itself fine however. Easy access to downtown Raleigh by bus, stop just 200 metres outside.”

“Staff were super friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, okay breakfast.”

“It was a good.hotel for the price and nice room but the breakfast wasnt very good at all”
