“We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Vivonne Bay. The property was as described and pictured. We had everything we needed including a comfortable bed and more than adequate kitchen facilities. The location was perfect for exploring and south and west sections of Kangaroo Island. Everything was as described and Dean came in person to help us out with the TV. Thank you.”

“Comfortable, unique and well designed accommodations in a gorgeous physical setting. We walked the large property and encountered beautiful wildlife including kangaroos, wallabies and koalas. Yael provided excellent, thorough guidance prior to our stay and Lina met us on site to provide further assistance with warmth and thoughtfulness. The retreat is near Flinders Chase National Park and a number of animal sanctuaries, all well worth a visit. We loved our visit to Ecopia Retreat! ”

“Osprey Heights is cosy, comfortable, and felt like home away from home. The combustion heater did a great job, and the sofa was comfy plus there's a good sized smart TV and a huge selection of DVDs.The kitchen had everything needed and was modern, clean and with good appliances.The photos accurately show what the property is like. At this time of year, it is an exceptionally quiet location - we stayed 3 nights and don't think we heard a vehicle drive past the entire time!”

“This property is gorgeous. A very private setting with beautiful views of river and bush and we had stunning sunsets to enjoy. The two kyaks were such a bonus as the river was glassy for 2 days while we there. The pool table was fun too even though in need of repair and levelling. A superb spot to go.”
