“The studio has potential but is not worth the price paid. Towels were old, mattress was soft, cobwebs were noticeable. Location is great.”

“Had a great stay with my wife and toddler at the Lunar loft!”

“An exceptional property in an amazing location. One of a kind. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for a quiet retreat. Be aware that it is quite isolated and bring whatever food or beverages you prefer. The cottage has a full kitchen stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Lots of dishes and silverware. There is a Keurig coffeemaker and pods, etc. and a few energy bars were left out but I was glad that I had brought my own (microwaveable) dinner and snacks.”

“The only regret we have is not staying more than one night! Kay and Joe were great hosts. Kay provided a lot of recommendations for wineries, restaurants, and things to do. The location is central to a number of wineries and incredible views. The Love Nest is well stocked with all the essentials and several bonuses, too! Communication was clear leading up to the reservation, during our stay, and there are guides throughout the Love Nest for clear instructions to make the most of the stay. We got...

“The mattress is a Japanese mattress, which is about 4 inches thick. This was not what was promised in the listing.”

“Nice location that would have been tranquil were it not for the two (or more) yapping dogs on-site.”

“What a wonderful stay! The apartment was very comfortable in a nice setting. (There was a fawn nestled near the front porch!). I would recommend to anyone visiting area. Holly was a very helpful and accommodating host.”

“We were staying at the schoolhouse to go hiking and ride bikes. They house has been tastefully decorated. I enjoyed the quite community and the listening to the tree frogs at night. Front Royal has a few things you can enjoy such as the movie theatre, bakery and state park. I would highly recommend this propery.”

“This historic property is one of the most charming properties we have stayed in throughout our travels. Our host is a consummate gentleman also.”

“Nice place, Nice neighborhood, Good and safe Parking. Very responsive host. Enjoyed our stay!!”

“This property location was awesome. It is a 5 min walk to the metro and an 8 min walk to the Reston Town Center where there are lots of options for restaurants. It is the perfect place to relax after a long day sightseeing in Washington DC.”

“Great place to stay!”

“My partner and I stayed a weekend, exactly as advertised, good service, great location, highly recommended ”

“this place is a literal scam. We had to call VRBO for hours to get a refund and they even confirmed fraud. The place does exist but the listing is managed by a fake non working number that is out of service. They made us wait until 4 PM day of aka checkin time to cancel. A sketchy international # texted me late at night asking how my stay was after never giving us any address or checkin info. Save your time and money and DO NOT BOOK HERE.”
