“The house was in a great location for our visit. My daughter needed a few days at the Naval base, and this was less than ten minutes away. The house was as pictured and communicating with the owner was easy. He was very responsive when we had questions. The property was comfortable and kept us cool in the summer heat. The only thing I might add to improve the property would be a washing machine, but that isn't a deal breaker. There is a laundromat only a couple blocks away. ”

“Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this Vrbo. The property was clean and generally well-maintained, which made for a comfortable visit.That said, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The mattresses were on the softer side and could benefit from being firmer for better support. “This is a host who NEVER disappoints!! My family and I stayed at one of his other listings and it was amazing so I knew this was going to be the same experience! Located on the Westside of Jacksonville means you will be close to everything and more! The animal theme in the house was great, hot hot water for the shower and comfy bed!
