“Only amity was expecting was a grill for cookIng out”

“That lady she’s crazy. She’s a liar. She’s a clean freak. It doesn’t matter how much you clean her house. She’s gonna hit you with a bill telling you that you trashed her house that our house is filthy. I mopped her house clean even though they took 100 for cleanup fees from me. I guess you want me to clean her house all the way up to the tea ,wish the house was clean according to Airbnb the way supposed to be that lady she’s a Money hungry I told her I had a family reunion. She said it was OK....

“Place was clean and liked how the setting. Only suggestion is to reconsider the shower setup. ”

“Our families enjoyed this lovely home. Everything is clean, the beds are comfy, plenty of towels and a well equipped kitchen. The grounds are lovely and well kept. Although it was a little too warm to sit outside, there were several inviting areas on the wrap around shaded porch. The host is very congenial and responsive. We would stay here again.”

“The house was in a great location for our visit. My daughter needed a few days at the Naval base, and this was less than ten minutes away. The house was as pictured and communicating with the owner was easy. He was very responsive when we had questions. The property was comfortable and kept us cool in the summer heat. The only thing I might add to improve the property would be a washing machine, but that isn't a deal breaker. There is a laundromat only a couple blocks away. ”

“The house was very clean! The bed was comfortable. We would stay again if we were to go back to Florida!!!”

“This is a host who NEVER disappoints!! My family and I stayed at one of his other listings and it was amazing so I knew this was going to be the same experience! Located on the Westside of Jacksonville means you will be close to everything and more! The animal theme in the house was great, hot hot water for the shower and comfy bed! Not overly decorative but felt like home. I could go on forever but if you're looking for comfort, safety and relaxation this is your home! Thank you Geoff and Kat...

“Loved the location to shops near by with plenty of options. Stay was cozy and the extra rags on top of the refrigerator was super helpful for cleanup. I would love to stay here again! My kid loved it too ”
