“This farm house retreat is such a gem. It far exceeded our expectations. The house and grounds are so beautiful and peaceful. The pictures don’t do it justice. I only wish we had been able to stay another night. Yiselle was incredible with communication and helpful information. And the amenities were so above and beyond. The toilet even has a bidet!”

“The location is fantastic. I parked when I got there and didn’t move the car until I left. I saw Church Street and the downtown area, walked along the lakefront and hiked up to and around the University. The neighborhood is full of students and the place reminded me of my college studio apartment. It’s nicely decorated but the floor slants and the place is small. Without the cleaning fee it’s a good value but the fee makes it a little pricey for what you get.”

“Everything was great. Location , amenities , comfort and view. We would rent this unit again. ”

“Lovely 2BR ground floor apartment, plenty of space for 2 couples. Kitchen very adequately supplied with Kuerig as well as drip coffee maker and a hot water heater. Very accommodating host - she even moved her car to street parking so we had room for two cars. Excellent location.”

“Nice quiet comfortable setting. There is a full kitchen. The online description is incorrect. I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely stay there again!”

“We really liked the location for our needs.”

“Location excellent, was in walking distance to church st marketplace, restaurants, coffee shops, bars etc. Appreciated having a dedicated parking spot & apartment was easy to access. Very petite but efficient room, had everything we needed and was very quiet at night.”

“The place was very nice and kept up. I would stay again.”

“It was.a great place to stay at a very reasonable price. Very clean and functional. The beds are comfortable. All good. We may stay here again in the future.”

“The house was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive. King bed was very comfortable. Well stocked with necessities- soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. Nice to also have parking.”
