“We had a fantastic stay. The house is very clean, looks like a fresh reno. Kitchen was well thought out, everything in working order. House felt spacious for 2 couples. Bathroom was clean and roomy. We hooked bc we brought a small sailboat which we put right into the water easily. Had fun sailing, sitting on the dock, floating in our tubes, swimming. “Check in was super easy! Communication was excellent. Everything you could want in the kitchen area is available. Beds were very comfortable! ”

“Loved the location and private access to the lake. Sunrises on the porch with coffee were unforgettable. 1950s charm with modern amenities, can’t beat it. Loved the original front door and rotary phone, a step back in time. Steps not a problem, just a little extra exercise. Clean and comfy. Only notes would be to replace the couch (seems well loved) and address the subfloor in the bathroom by the shower, but not deal breakers. Will stay again! ”

“ Came with my husband, daughter and her BF because my son and his family rented a cottage a few streets away and we all have dogs so needed the space. The home is lovely. Comfortably designed with multiple living spaces so you can have more than 1 movie or tv show playing in the evening or on a rainy afternoon. Small deck to kick back on and grill up a steak. Modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare food. (Bring your own condiments but it has a nice spice rack!) King size bed in 1...

“Great location. Central to state parks, keuka lakes, canadaigua lake. Easy to find local tours to pick you up (Keuka Lake Experience, Bob Knapp). Home was clean, easy to locate. Well furnished to be able to rat at home. But close enough to eat local (Blue Eagle). Realy enjoyed ourselfs! Only feedback is bed is a bit firm. Pretty small concern. Will definetly go back.”

“We loved this property! It had perfect lake access, we brought our boat so it was wonderful to have a dock slip to keep it! We enjoyed the paddle boards and just hanging out on the deck swimming and enjoying the beautiful view! We made most of our meals in and there was everything we needed to prepare them.
