Upstairs forms the social heart of the home, where open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas extend onto a wide balcony overlooking the sea. Start the day with coffee in the sea air or wind down with long, alfresco dinners as the sun dips. The primary bedroom is also positioned on this level, complete with an ensuite, while a separate powder room adds everyday ease.

Downstairs, a second living area with its own kitchenette creates a natural retreat for families or groups wanting extra space. A queen bedroom and a bunk room with two sets of single bunks provide flexible accommodation, alongside a central bathroom. Sliding doors open directly to the backyard, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow. Outdoors, the secure garden invites slow afternoons and easy entertaining, complete with a BBQ for casual meals and a dedicated firepit corner perfect for winding down in the evenings.

Additional comforts include air conditioning in the living areas and the primary bedroom, a washing machine for longer stays, and an undercover carport providing parking for two cars.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
