“Great place to stay. We only stayed for one night but would have loved to stay longer and enjoy the relaxing environment. Views of the surrounding are beautiful and can enjoyed from the perfectly placed sun room/verandah. Also, we enjoyed great views of a wandering echidna from the verandah. Highly recommended , especially if you love being close to nature . ”

“The perfect spot to get away from it all, light the fire and watch the weather (which changes all the time on Bruny). Bring everything with you, as there are limited supplies on the island. The house is thoughtfully designed around the water views and to catch the afternoon sun. We were happy to stay put, cook, and rest. It's a very calming place.”

It appears the property has experienced some wear-and-tear since our previous stay (e.g. the carpets could benefit from a steam-clean and the bathroom sink didn’t have a strainer, so I was in constant fear of losing my earrings!), but is otherwise fantastic.”
