  • Utmärkt Eastons Point-läge, precis utanför Tuckerman Avenue. Charmig stuga belägen på en lugn gata gångavstånd till Eastons Beach, 2nd Beach, många restauranger och Newport natursköna Cliff Walk. Bara ett kort köravstånd till centrala Newport, flera historiska herrgårdar och Bellevue Avenue.

    Denna stuga i studio-stil ligger i ett lugnt bostadsområde intill en bostad som ägs av ägaren. Det är perfekt för en enda person, par eller liten familj (max 1 äldre barn) som kommer att njuta av en härlig, avkopplande semester i Newport-området.

    På grund av den strukturella utformningen av hyran (trappor och loft) och säkerheten för gästerna föredrar vi att endast äldre barn, 12 år eller uppåt reser med sina familjer.

Great little cottage, perfect for our stay. Many interesting things to explore on foot and easy access to the more "touristy" areas by car. Don't forget to pet the cat.

This cottage is perfect for a single person or a couple looking to be close to Newport but in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. It is a short walk to 1st beach and a few restaurants and shops and a 10 minute drive to downtown Newport. Joan is lovely and very accommodating. I will definitely be back!

I highly recommend staying here! It’s clean, easy to check in/out and the host is friendly & helpful. The cottage is located minutes from the beach and is a short drive to all that Newport has to offer.

Wonderful weekend getaway

The property was beautiful and quaint it was perfect for our weekend away for our daughters college graduation. It was our first experience with VRBO and it was perfect, would definitely do it again.

Perfect, quiet getaway.

The cottage was perfect for us. It was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. The best part was walking to the edge of the water, sitting on the rocks and watching the waves. Very convenient drive to downtown, mansions, Cliff Walk etc.

Wonderful stay

We stayed in this cozy cottage for three nights to attend our nieces wedding. It is close to all the Newport activities. It was so nice to come back to a clean, comfortable, quiet home every day! The host that we met was such a lovely lady. We’ll have to come back to Middletown and stay in this cottage more often in the future!

Quiet, close, and CHARMING

Property is exactly as it appears on the vrbo site. Joan was so easy and a delight, she thought of everything in this adorable studio. Clean, comfortable, quiet neighborhood-easy access to downtown Newport. Lovely beaches to explore close by. It was just outstanding!! Newport Folk Fest

This space was absolutely perfect for two dad- aged guys. Joan made the check in process seamless, and was proactively communicating prior to arrival to make sure we were on the same page. I was greeted by Marty upon arrival, a delightful and friendly cat who had coffee with me in the morning. The cottage was clean, had dishes, a full fridge, and a gas stove. There was also a Kurig for coffee with plenty of pods. We are quiet people and appreciated the quiet neighborhood, but the beach and cliff walk are a five minute walk from the stay.

Great cottage!

The location was perfect, short walk to beach. Also short walk to some restaurants and short drive to downtown Newport. Cottage was clean and had everything you’d need for your stay. Joan was great and made check in and out easy! Would love to return!

Wonderful!

We had the good fortune to stay in this charming cottage while we were in Middletown for a family wedding. From the booking process till checkout, the experience was excellent. Joan and Tony were warm and gracious and shared fascinating stories about the property’s history. The unit itself is fantastic! Immaculate. comfortable, and quiet are only three of the adjectives that describe this slice of paradise. We hope to return some day. Thank you both for sharing your space with us!

Perfect Middletown Cottage!

This cottage was just what I needed for a quiet 3-day getaway. Tucked in a peaceful residential area near the beaches and close to Sachuest Point, it offered a great mix of comfort and location. The space was clean, cozy, and had a welcoming feel. What stood out most was how thoughtful the owner was (water in fridge and coffee pods ready for the next morning) and checking in to make sure everything was going well, which really added a personal touch. It’s a perfect spot to recharge and to be so close and convenient to all that Newport and Middletown have to offer. I look forward to staying stay here again!!

Perfect retreat

The little cottage was the perfect spot to relax, refresh, and renew while celebrating a friend's retirement. The hosts are very accessible and gracious. The cottage is clean and cozy. There is a wonderful welcome cat and yard bunnies! The back yard seating area is a perfect place for morning coffee. Would recomment this cottage to others!
