This cozy duplex home is located in Middletown, Ohio. It has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful stay. Middletown is conveniently located between Cincinnati and Dayton and has many shopping and restaurant options. This particular property features two bedrooms and one bathroom. Step inside your cozy, duplex home complete with an outdoor patio space. This may be a duplex, but the only thing you will be sharing with the neighbor is the driveway. Everything else is separate and private.

We provide towels, sheets, and blankets for you to use during your stay. We also provide basic consumable toiletries for your convenience.

LIVING ROOM
When you enter the home, you are greeted by a cozy living room with two comfortable sofas. There is a large flat-screen TV with Roku. Sit and visit with your guests while watching your favorite movie or show.

KITCHEN
The living room is semi-open to the kitchen and dining space. The kitchen is smaller, but it comes fully furnished with everything you will need to cook basic meals during your stay. There is a Keurig coffee maker with extra coffee pods that you can use during your stay. There is a kitchen table with seating for four.

LAUNDRY
We have a full-size washer and dryer within this unit. We provide the soap and supplies for you. Feel free to use these during your stay!

BEDROOMS
This home has two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a large flat-screen TV, a closet, and dressers if you wish to unpack. Our guests love how cozy our mattresses are in the bedrooms. This home has two queen-sized bedrooms.

BATHROOM
There is one full-size bathroom that is shared between the bedrooms and living space. The bathroom features a tub/shower combination and under-the-sink storage. We provide towels and basic consumable toiletries that you are welcome to use throughout your stay.

OUTSIDE SPACE
Sit and relax on your outdoor patio located off the living room. There is plenty of green space for you to explore and enjoy. You are welcome to park your cars in the driveway out front.

Before booking with us, please look over our standard house rules. Nothing too crazy – we put a lot of personal love into making this property your home away from home.

• No local stays (butler county or surrounding county residents) without prior written approval
• No parties or events allowed
• No smoking allowed of any kind inside the home.
• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Water is okay.
• Noise curfew of 10pm - 6am.
• Check-out times of 11am on day of departure.
• Please take care of the furnishings.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• No adjustments or refunds will be given after stay commences.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.

If any of these rules are broken, we have the right and will cancel reservation early and will charge you for any damages done to the home.
