“Very cute house. Stairs are curvy and very steep. Not appropriate for someone with mobility issues are very small children. Host was very responsive. We had trouble connecting to the TV in the living room, she was very helpful. There is a train that goes by continuously almost it really did not bother us much.”

“Our family of four stayed here for 5 nights for a Kettering graduation. The location was wonderful with easy access to groceries and the college. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We enjoyed evening walks around the house and sitting on the deck in the sunshine. Basil was a great host and was responsive when we had questions. We had something that needed fixing and he got it done immediately. I highly recommend!”

“Beautiful property and great hosts! Stayed here for a wedding along with a few of my relatives; they greatly accommodated us. Everything was exactly as described, check-in and check-out were easy! Amazing amenities such as the coffee bar they had, along with appliances that made cooking easy, and we didn't have to worry much about bringing our own stuff. Would definitely recommend booking this place to anyone!”
