“It was a little offputting to arrive many hours after it had snowed but have nothing shoveled even though management had clearly been there based on footsteps in the snow. There was no way to get inside without getting my feet wet and then there was no way to avoid walking on the nice floors so salt and slush and snow got all over the kitchen floor. A bigger welcome mat or place to put shoes would be helpful. The temperature situation was also a little frustrating

“This hotel is VERY outdated. The floors in our room were uneven. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. There was no hand or body soap in the dispensers. The only plus was location as it was directly across the street from the start and finish lines for the marathon. The staff was very nice but the hotel is in need of a major overhaul.”
