“Me and my family had a wonderful time.”

“Our stay at Schambra House was absolutely perfect! We came to Midland to enjoy the mid-century architecture and had the opportunity to immerse ourselves in it during our stay. The home has been carefully preserved by Matt and Julie and they did a fantastic job. Phenomenal hosts and an awesome property!”

“The property is better than advertised. We’re big fans of Mid Century Modern home design, and the home is furnished to match. Julie and Matt got in touch with us before we arrived, and asked if there was anything special we needed. “Great property. Exactly what we needed. Thank you.”

“This place was perfect for my mom and I while visiting my son. It was small but for two it was ok. Big kitchen with a nice variety of pots and pans for cooking. The only down side was the space was cooled by small window AC. Since it was so hot outside the units had a hard time keeping the space cool in the evening when sleeping.”

“We had a great home away from home stay! Thank you so much for the lovely stay.”

“Host was very nice responded to our questions very fast.”

“Close to the charter boats..”
