“First time in Calabria, visiting some native friends of the region. The outside was well kept. We loved the open layout of the inside. Kitchen had all the essentials. The owner of the place Eliano was very responsive to any concern/issue we had. Gave a very detailed list of things/need to knows before check-in and just over all a great guy. If we are ever back in Calabria we will defiantly consider staying here again!”

“La casa e' situata in una posizione spettacolare. Perfetta per grandi gruppi e per pranzare/cenare in terrazza con una vista magnifica. La spiaggia e' a 5 minuti di macchina. Unico neo, la mancanza di zanzariere. Per il resto abbiamo passato una settimana bellissima. Un plauso particolare va a Rocco, il nostro host, sempre gentile e disponibile.”

Die Lage ist wunderschön an einer ganz schmalen Privatstrasse gelegen, inmitten von Olivenwäldchen mit schönem Blick auf das Städtchen und in Ferne auf das Meer. Das Haus verfügt über eine sehr gute Ausstattung, die Fenster haben alle hervorragende Mückengitter. Leider funktionierten Wlan und Elektrogrill nicht. Das Haus verfügt über keine Klimaanlage aber es ist auch bei großer Hitze nie zu warm...

È una struttura datata che ha bisogno di manutenzione e di un restyling completo a partire dalla cucina e dai bagni. Lo spazio per i posti auto è limitato e condiviso con altri appartamenti ma nel complesso la casa ha un rapporto qualità/prezzo ben proporzionato rispetto alle richieste del 2021 (basse). “We had minor issues on check in but nothing worth mentioning. The host and her daughter were Amy to deal with and answered all our questions very promptly. The cottage was very private and had a million dollar view. It also had everything on site you would need for your stay. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to truly relax.”

“Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und bei Problemen schafft der Vermieter sofort Abhilfe. Außerdem stand er uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite bei Fragen nach Ausflugszielen, Stränden und Restaurants waren viele gute Tipps dabei, die wir sehr genossen haben. Leider ist die Saison vor Ort spätestens Mitte September vorbei, weshalb das ein oder andere Restaurant und einige Strandbäder schon Anfang September geschlossen hatten.”
