The hotel’s location is central and close to important sites and public transportation (Marmaray, metro, bus, ferry - all within walking distance). “As expected everything was excellent! We celebrated mt husbands 30th birthday and everyone in the staff was so service minded to ensure that we had the best experience. Even though we only stayed for one night it felt like we had a week long vacation.

“If you just look for “A roof over your head” & still pay 170 €/night, that’s the right place! After some nights, with great disappointment we had to move to another hotel which matched our expectations, with all-Stars!
As a highlight; Breakfast was worse than a Youth Hostel! A daily RATION on a plate with some cheese, ham, omelette, yoghurt, little veggie, some cream, honey, fruits were just 4 pieces of melon! You can ask for more!

"The hotel was clean and well-maintained, located in a convenient and pleasant area. The lobby, restaurant, and spa facilities were all in good condition and we didn’t encounter any issues during our stay.
The staff were generally polite and professional, though a bit more friendliness and smiles would have made the experience warmer. English communication was minimal but manageable. For example, the cleaner spoke very little English but was extremely polite and kind.
The main downside for us was the size of our room, it was quite small, and we had difficulty moving around without bumping into the furniture or our belongings. However, we noticed that other rooms in the hotel appeared to be more spacious.
Overall, we were happy with our stay. It could have been a truly wonderful experience if our room had been a bit larger.
