âThe hotel has excellent facilities, it's based in a quiet location if you want a good sleep, the lifts and the air conditioning both work fine.
There are lots of shops, markets and eateries all around the hotel. The area also has a metro and a ferry port. â

The hotelâs location is central and close to important sites and public transportation (Marmaray, metro, bus, ferry - all within walking distance). The breakfast included with the stay was excellent with a great view of Bosphorus. A++â

âAs expected everything was excellent! We celebrated mt husbands 30th birthday and everyone in the staff was so service minded to ensure that we had the best experience. Even though we only stayed for one night it felt like we had a week long vacation.
We had the signature and massage for pregnant and it was amazing!

"The hotel was clean and well-maintained, located in a convenient and pleasant area. The lobby, restaurant, and spa facilities were all in good condition and we didnât encounter any issues during our stay.
The staff were generally polite and professional, though a bit more friendliness and smiles would have made the experience warmer. English communication was minimal but manageable. For example, the cleaner spoke very little English but was extremely polite and kind.
The main downside for us was the size of our room, it was quite small, and we had difficulty moving around without bumping into the furniture or our belongings. However, we noticed that other rooms in the hotel appeared to be more spacious.
Overall, we were happy with our stay. It could have been a truly wonderful experience if our room had been a bit larger.
