“House was clearly not ready to be rented and had overdue maintenance which was known before booking. Broken railing to ground floor, open broken porch, toilet was broken, dining room chairs and sofa were dirty, back entrance was blocked by overgrown bushes, garden chairs broken, mold in bathroom. The villa was built many years ago so don’t expect state of the art bathrooms etc. but it is charming. “The house is at walking distance to the town center and beach. The comunal swimming pool is excellent and parking space for one car is included. Overall, all went well with our stay and the host was very nice and responsive.”
