“It was not a pleasant stay. The toilet was leaking from the floor. There was a terrible musty smell throughout my stay. I was concerned for my health, that perhaps black mold could be growing under the wet carpet all around the air conditioner. Regarding room cleaning, the policy explained to me was that guests who stay multi-nights could expect the room to be clean after the third night. That did not happen in my case. “The hotel was very clean, quiet and felt safe to be in and around the area. Breakfast was simple but had enough good food to fill us up before a day of exploring Memphis. Staff were so helpful and polite. Definitely would stay again if we come back to TN”

“The bathtub after taking a shower filled up and took a long time to drain and it was filthy. One of the bedspreads had a cigarette hole in it.”
