“There are not a lot options for breakfast. The hotel doesn't serve free water and they do not have a gym. Also, They only have one washer and one dryer to wash clothes for the entire building.”

“We reserved a two Queen Bed Room through Expedia. However, when we got to the hotel, in our third floor room with our heavy luggage....it was one King bed. Too tired and sleepy to go back downstairs to make a fuss. Next day, when I queried the desk gal, she said the issue was "not on them". I would need to contact my third party scheduler, Expedia. Needless to say, they would not take responsibility for putting us in the wrong room. They said EXPEDIA was at fault, since they said King Bed...

“The staff was fantastic at this hotel but it was quite rundown and my daughter dubbed it "the hotel that Marriott forgot." We love Marriott. I stay at Marriott all the time for work and for pleasure. It's my first choice. The staff was fantastic, but the hotel was sad.”

“Had to stay here last minute due to severe storms delaying my solo trip. This is seriously the greatest hotel in DeSoto County. Very polite, helpful, professional, and kind staff. The room was immaculate, peaceful, and the cleanest room I’ve stayed in. Will 100% return here next time I stop back into town. Only thing is the parking lot fills up quickly but not the end of the world.”
