Guest Access
🔑 Guest Access and Check-in
Important Note: To ensure your maximum safety and assistance, document processing and the handover of keys/instructions take place at our dedicated reception desk.

Reception Desk: Our reception desk is located near the Central Station (just a 10-minute walk from the station).

Procedure: Once you arrive at the reception desk, we will perform the mandatory ID check and provide you with all the detailed instructions (codes or keys) to access apartment AG17 on Via Marco d’Agrate.

Wi-Fi Connection: It is strictly prohibited to unplug the router inside the apartment. The access system is connected to the network: unplugging it means you risk being locked out of the apartment.

🕒 Hours and Rules
Standard Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Please let us know via chat your estimated arrival time at the front desk.


Late Check-in: After 9:00 PM, a €50 surcharge applies. We accept guests until 11:45 PM at the latest.

Check-out: By 10:00 AM. Any unapproved delays will result in a penalty of €15 for each additional hour, charged through Airbnb.

Cost: A one-time fee of 20€.
